Story

It's now 19 months since my chemotherapy finished. I wanted to do a Tour de France Etape for Cyclists Fighting Cancer this year but I'm not yet fit enough.

Instead went on a solo ride to Trim in Ireland. It should have been about 700 miles but I kept getting lost so it was nearer to 800, which I did over 14 days with a few rest days in between.

When I got there, the guests of a friends' wedding party contributed another 152 Euros 24 cents which is incredibly generous and at least one of them donated to the website as well!

Please help. Even £1 helps - see below for how to donate by SMS.

Cyclists Fighting Cancer gives bikes to children who have been affected by cancer and sometimes their families too. Sponsor me for the whole trip, by the mile (there's no guarantee I'll finish it) or by the millimeters I loose from my waist, either here or SMS 70070 with IRLC99 and the amount of money you want to sponsor (ie IRLC99 £1)
