Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm going to be walking, running, cycling 30k in my own time across 1 week at the end of July.

My week is just 1 of 30 weeks in succession, carried out in relay form by the staff at Facts International as part of their 30th birthday activities and I am scheduled to take the baton in week 17 on Wednesday 29th July. (Yes there is a real baton handover each week).

The money raised will go to the Kent Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance Trust who save lives everyday! They are hero's for us every day, week and month of the year so I want to be a hero for them in return.
