Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm taking part for a variety of reasons, not just because a friend suggested I did, but having thought about it, I wanted to challenge myself again next year, having read about Helen Pote it felt right and also I wanted to remember my grandparents, my mum and dad in law who I never really had time to know, my brother in law who left us way too early and my godfather who was a true gent.

I've done so many things over the couple of years I never thought I would, like getting fit, running in 10k's, taking part in the mudrunner, regularly pumping at the gym and so why not a triathlon......god I hate swimming! lol

I'm taking part with #TEAMHELEN.....for Cancer Research and in memory of a lady who has inspired so many of my teammates.  Anything you can give is appreciated!
