I am truly humble by the friends I have. Thank you all.

In a rare fit of selflessnes I have signed up to do a parachute jump for Matthew's Friends a brilliant charity that helps kids with drug resistant epilepsy. Sometimes I have to prove that I don't hate sick kids by jumping out of a plane, for money.

Matthew's Friends make a massive difference in the lives of kids that otherwise would suffer with no drug based remedy. T

his is our Sony Music charity for this year and close to all of us as a colleague and good friend's young daughter suffers from epilepsy that has been helped hugely by Matthew's Friends.

I'm sure I don't have any friends with a spare £500 but I hope I have 50 friends with a spare tenner.
