Im going to by cycling with some collegues for charity! We will be collectively cycling the distance from the Dublin service centre to the Birmingham service centre (450km) in our aptly named event "D2B".

A trained cyclist should be able to do this relatively quickly, but with the shape i am in, the walk to the bike should be a challenge!
