Hi everyone!

In aid of Parkinson's Disease, a disease which affects an estimated 1 in 500 people, Alex, Will, Tom and Danielle are taking part in a Credit Suisse car race (or "Banger Rally") to raise awareness, and money, for the charity.

What is a Banger Rally we hear you ask and what does it entail? Well, it is no mean feat, we have to source a car for a maximum of £500 and drive it all the way to Paris, via Luxembourg. There are challenges along the way (including points for how much money we raise)...naturally we want to win...and need YOU to help us!! The theme of our car will be DINOSAURS - so we will be embarrassing ourselves in the fashionable streets of Paris and the French countryside...dressed up as dinos.

Parkinson's is Credit Suisse's charity of the year, affecting around 127,000 people in the UK alone. The symptoms are hard to recognise as they affect everyone in different ways and progress at different speeds. There is currently no cure for Parkinson's - which makes this cause all the more worthwhile as the money raised goes straight to Parkinson's UK who are working extremely hard to find a cure and to help the thousands affected.
