Hi everyone I'm running the Amsterdam marathon on Sunday 18th October 2009 & what better excuse to raise some money for charity.  I'm running in aid of the Sobell House Hospice Charity.  It's a local charity based in Oxford that care's for the terminally ill.  It is a charity that is close to my heart & I feel it would benefit greatly from a little help from myself & other's.
