<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p>
<p><strong>As many of you will know, I have been suffering from Male Post Natal Depression for some time now. This HAS to be put on the map in the way that female PND is addressed. There are too many suffererers out there that dont know that there is help to be had and not to be left alone in silence and loneliness.</strong></p>
<p><strong>SO, in order for me to start this "putting on the map", I have organised a hillwalk across the Pentland Hills on Saturday 2nd July 2011. Start location still TBC.</strong></p>

<p><strong>This wont be an easy feat, not to mention the midgies will be out in force and the majority of the participants are very basic and unexperienced hillwalkers. This will be a test of mental and physical stamina.</strong></p>

<p><strong>The money raised will go to the development of the Male Post Natal Depression programme within CROSSREACH. </strong></p>

<p><strong><em>This walk is a reflection that whatever the hills throw at us we have to just keep on pushing on and we will get to the top.</em></strong></p>
