If you're fed up with giving and are suffering a bit from charity-fatigue, think of it more as cheap entertainment... The lingering mental image of me clad in ill-fitting lycra, arse in the air, dripping in sweat and gasping for breath (and that's just climbing the stairs to the gym!!) has got to be worth a fiver, surely?!    

Just think how hot it'll be here in June and take pity on me!  Every little helps, so don't be shy!!  Oh, by the way...it's the "Spin4Life" that I'll be doing. Got carried away...
