The new trainers have been bought....

The meal planner has been created....

Nike+ has been configured on the iPod....

Surely that's enough!

 

Apparently not!

Who'd have thought that with such planning and technology, there would still be a need to train?

And for the next 6 months?

 

To kick things off, there's a nice, relaxing 5K 'Fun Run' this Sunday.

Early in 2010, I will be running in the Adidas Half Marathon at Silverstone.

Then, on Sunday 25th April, the big day itself - the Virgin London Marathon.

 

It's all quite scary really, but it's all for a good cause - The Ron Pickering Memorial Fund.
