Brain Tumour UK has merged with The Brain Tumour Charity to become the UK's largest dedicated brain tumour charity. We fund research and offer support and information to those affected whilst raising awareness and influencing policy.

Story

All of Darren's Family and Friends were shocked to hear the news early last November that DRJ had a brain tumour and that the doctor's had told him he had only weeks to live. He battled on and outlived their predictions, but finally passed away in January at the age of just 44. leaving his wife Lynda and daughter Chloe.

We hope to raise some money by doing the Isle of Wight Cycling Randonnee. 55 or 100K round the island. Many of his friends hope to take part in a combined effort.

The Charity hopes to develop new treatments to help others with this disease get the care they need to live longer and perhaps one day be cured.
