Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  On the 31st October, we will be taking part in the Yoga Aid Challenge at the Yoga Show in London (www.theyogashow.co.uk).  To raise money for the Prison Phoenix Trust (www.theppt.org.uk) we will be trying to complete 108 sun salutations.  

Check out the video above, a sun salutation is a series of yoga poses that will be repeated 108 times over 2-3 hours.  A normal yoga class ay have 10-15 sun salutations in it, so this will be a big challenge. 

The Prison Phoenix Trust is a great charity that helps to rehabilitate prisoners through yoga.  We know you all get lots of charity requests from friends raising money, but we would really appreciate a small donation, we are aiming to raise £1 each per sun salutation, giving a total of £216, see info below on how to donate.
