As a commis chef my bike was merely a means of transport to and from work but as I progressed in my career cycling soon became increasingly important as an antidote to an often stressful job. Long rides on quiet countryroads compensate for long days spent in noisy kitchens and offer plenty of time to reflect,recover and come up with new ideas.

Being a passionate chef as well as a keen cyclist I am proud to be part of the L2P4HA team and hope that in raising money for Hospitality Action I can contribute helping those employees of the catering trade who are in need.
