On 3rd of May 2014 the Brooks family received the worst ever possible news, their beautiful 6 year old daughter Daisy was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumor.

So the idea is to have a virtual balloon release using social media, Please help these virtual balloons go around the world for Daisy and other children with DIPG Brain Cancer. The aim is to share information about this cause and raise much needed donations for pioneering brain cancer research at the same time.

Daisy travelled to Bristol in July for ground breaking brain surgery where Dr Steven Gill and his pioneering team have been studying brain cancer for 10 years. All donations go direct to this team who are making huge steps towards a cure for Daisy and other children in her position. The results will also have an impact on other cancer treatments in the future due to the unique techniques they have developed.

Money raised is already being used by the team and has enabled them to take on 2 more research specialists.
