<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>Dasiy was born 8 years ago with DiGeorge syndrome (also known as 22q deletion syndrome, VCFS and other names). Max Appeal (http://www.maxappeal.org.uk/) provided us with the information we needed to start understanding Daisy's condition and what was needed to get her the support she needs.</p> <p>Eight years on we are trying to start a Scottish chapter of Max Appeal to bring families affected by the syndrome together to share experiences and support each other. We are meeting at Edinburgh zoo on 22nd April to do this.</p> <p>Your donation will enable Max Appeal to continue to provide information to families and enable them to meet up socially and at conferences.
