In May 2014 our beloved grand-daughter Daisy was diagnosed with DIPG - there is currently no cure for this type of brain tumor and Daisy died a few months later on the night of her 7th birthday.

We're joining the lovely people from the Rotary Club of Uppingham in March, taking our replacement knees on a 5 mile walk to raise funds for the clinical trial that Funding Neuro are planning for the children that came after Daisy so that families in the future that receive this devastating news have a glimmer of hope.
