Gained weight over the Winter – shed it instantly – give a pound to the PoppetJ  On Sunday 29 April, Poppet, and I will once again be doing the sponsored walk for Cancer Research accompanied by his Royal Pugness, Horatio Caine-ine.  This year we will be walking in memory of my friend, Marie, who died of cancer last November.  Few of us have not been left devastated by the death of friends, family and or colleagues from this dreadful disease and as a survivor myself I am deeply grateful for the research done to date which has helped keep me alive.  My initial goal is to raise £250 but I would really like to raise much more than this..........last year Poppet and I were thrilled to have raised almost £1,400 thanks to so many people’s generosity.  ALL donations, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated, and please pass on this page link to friends and family.  Last year the walk raised over £48,000 – an amazing sum by only 100 dogs and their humansJ

So in memory of all of those lost, and in thankfulness that I am still with you,  I am asking you to dig deep (or shallowly) into your pockets and sponsor me for this event and remember no matter how small the donation it will make a huge difference to someones life.  So here is the rallying call - SPARE A POUND FOR THE POPPET or HELP OUT HORATIO!!!
