As most of you know I now work for the RNLI as the Deputy Divisional Inspector of Lifeboats, Scotland.  We are all aware of the work that the RNLI do and just how many lives are saved from coast to deep sea, from beaches and Lochs we are always there educating, training and most importantly saving lives.  This is your chance to help, I'm not and never have been a runner, I can just picture the shocked expressions on your face, so instead of doing a marathon I decided to walk on hot coals.  I will post pictures of the pained expression on my face and the state of my feet on completion and tell you just how much it hurt but only if you give me your money.  It's for a good cause c'mon
