Please give what you can to ensure that a fat, old guy runs around Cheltenham for 13.3 miles...

I am raising money for two reasons:

1.  GE has pledged to raise £350,000 over two years to fund a well-being centre for H4H at their Catterick rehabilitation centre.  This will truly make a difference.

2.  I had the honour to bring some of our wounded back home from theatre on the mighty TriStar and they have my utmost respect and admiration.

So, help me raise my target of £2,160 for Help for Heroes; it is a big one!
