<p>My good friend Ed has convinced me to join him on a cycle tour across the US. Ed is a seasoned rider, whereas I run out of breath walking up stairs.</p> <p>We are cycling between Colorado Springs and Los Angeles <em>via </em>San Fransisco. The Journey in all will be roughly 2000 miles (~3,200km) and should take about 40 days. (This takes us from a tornado zone, over the Rocky Mountains, through desert terrain into an Earthquake-prone area)</p> <p>It would be great to make the trip worthwhile, rather than simply for fun, which is why I have decided to try and raise a little money for charity. I would appreciate any support in terms of donations or simply words of encouragement to keep my feeble legs spinning.</p>
