I will be running the Great South Run on 25th October 2009.  Unfortunately, this means a trip to Portsmouth :-(  But it'll be worth it as I will be raising money for Hampshire Autistic Society.  Them's be doing good work and all donations can help make a difference.

In return for your donation I will attempt to beat Paula Radcliffe over the 10 miles.  Or I will at least try to run a sub 80 minutes time, which will be comfortably inside the top 10% of the many thousands who do this run.
