<p><span style="color: #ff00ff;">After the pain of my Gobi Desert ultra-marathon, I am back for more punishment.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Sahara Race is 250km over 7 days.&nbsp; It will be hot, sandy and very uncomfortable.&nbsp; But&nbsp;it will be worth it as I'm raising money for a great cause.</span></p> <p><span style="color: #ff00ff;">Many of us have kids and many of us know people whose kids need medical help.&nbsp; <strong>Sparks</strong> is a children's medical research charity whose sole remit is to fund research across the whole spectrum of paediatric medicine.
