Donations cannot currently be made to this page

Bath Half Marathon 2012 · 11 March 2012 ·

Trust PA Spinal Injury Charity, was set up in memory of Paul-Andre Blundell (PA), who was totally paralysed during a rugby tackle and later died. He had hoped to benefit from the work to restore movement and sensation. TPA funds pioneering repair operations as seen on BBC TV. 10-12 more needed asap.

Story

Hi

We have stupidly decided to run the Bath Half marathon in March this year. We are running for a charity called Trust PA.

Every day in the UK, 4 people are paralysed accidentally from normal daily activities, and the average age of those facing paralysis is just 19.

Trust PA is working to help fund the process of converting groundbreaking research into real treatments for the repair of spinal cord injury paralysis. This will restore sensation and movements to SCI paralysed men, women and children. The results from their work will also help to resolve nerve deafness, nerve blindness, Alzheimer's, stroke and Parkinson's disease.

Any donation would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance

Dan and Emily xxx
