Dear all,
To halt my return to ‘Lard Arse’ status, I have decided to train towards and take part in the Great North Run in Newcastle on the 20th of September. In the process, I have set about raising money for the Youth Sport Trust, a charity that strives to improve the quality and quantity of PE and sport for young people, and I would appreciate it if you would be willing to sponsor me.
