Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After 6 months of no running it was about time I picked up my trainers again but needed something to spur me on.  So when I was asked to run the London 10k for TACT, a charity a friend works for, it was the all the inspiration I needed.   This will be my third time around the London course so hopefully the local knowledge will help me get my time down!
