I've seen first hand the fantastic work they do in rehabilitating people with brain injury. My brother was treated in one of the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) centre's in Goole and the progress he made through their hard work and dedication was incredible. Brain injury can change lives in a split second and can happen to anyone. My brother now lives an independant life after having to relearn how to do all things we take for granted. My Brother lost all movement down one side and had next to no movement on the other and lost the ability of speech. My Brothers recovery has been staggering with him recently getting his driving licence back.

I'm doing this to give something back, to say a big thank you to the trust for all their hard work and so they can continue to provide this much needed expert care.
