Last year we managed to raise just under £15k including gift aid. It was an enormous effort by the 9 riders. I have no shame in saying we are not seasoned riders!! Pain followed some of us for a week or so beyond the ride which is probably why so many people wanted to pay to see us do it!! Thank you to all that sponsored us last year.

This year we have got together 24 riders, this time we include some of the original non seasoned team along with some show boaters and secret olympian cyclists. We shall see on the day who lives up to their remarks.

I intend to try and do L2B and other campaigns each year. Those of you that know me have seen me do some interesting things for charity, please dig deep and keep the sponsorship coming.

The British Heart Foundation does amazing things with the money. Most people at some point will know or come in to contact with someone that has been indirectly helped by them
