The training for this has definitely worn me down although not stopped the regular nights out and pizzas - in fact they seem to have increased! I am aiming for sub 3hr 30 but the main aim is to beat the guy dressed as a rhino who beat me last time!

Not only will every £ you give get gift aid but my company, SJP, will match all the contributions - so please help if you can.  

 

Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity. I know some of you have given me cash, so i will ensure this gets passed into the relevant hands.
