The Challenge is 36km cycling on the first afternoon and 30km hiking on the second day, in the Lake District in April. No 5 Red Star accommodation for us however, it's camping overnight. 

Those of you who know me will realise this should be a walk in the park - so long as it was 25 years ago! Of course I've walked over these years, mostly from the front door to the car, but haven't been on a bike the whole time. Cue time to join a gym and 12 weeks of sore backside! Wish me luck.
