We are both running the Brighton Marathon in April, on behalf of the Princess Alice Hospice. The company in which we both work for has recently started sponsoring this great charity that helps not only to comfort and support people of all ages of their local communities whether they are ill or just need get some respite, but also thier family members who may also be finding it hard to cope with their grief and or struggles that can be found when looking after an ill relative.
