On April 17th 2011 i will be running the London Marathon for Help The Hospices. Ive not done much training so far so its time to get cracking! At the moment im running 6.5 miles and running about 3 times a week. I will soon be stepping up the training to 4/5 days a week as the marathon is only about 8 weeks away.

Please donate as much as you can. Help The Hospices need every penny they can get to carry out their fantastic work.

Update for my running. i have just reached my 8 and a half mile in about 1 hour 35 minutes. I am running about 3 times a week. i have reached my 10% fundraising target but still got a long way to go. please give me a big push.
