<p>On 21 September I'll be taking part in a sponsored 10k walk to raise funds to transform the lives of children in the UK and around the world. The walk raises money on behalf of UNICEF and Heart radio's Have a Heart charity.</p> <p>Last year's walk raised over &pound;60,000. The donations provided support&nbsp;and healthcare to vulnerable children in London and trained teachers and school equipment for children in Rwanda.</p> <p>Please take a moment and give as much as you feel able to.
