Tough Mudder 2013 · 24 August 2013

We support The Rifles & its antecedent regiments, including via The Rifles Benevolent Trust, charity No: 1119071, which incorporates Care for Casualties & the Always a Rifleman Programme. Together the Trusts support all serving Riflemen & veterans, with the AARP meeting mental health needs.

Story

Im Daniel Nickson and in 2010 i was injured in a IED incident in the sangin area of afghanistan while serving with 3rd Battalion the Rifles. Our Battalion took a considerable amount of injurys and fatalities and was the hardest hit battalion in herrick history. The Rifles is a close family regiment so it makes sense to me to raise as much money for my regiment as posible.

So as what started as a joke between me and my sister ...... Here we are all paid up and dreading the 24th August. Taking on Tough Mudder with me my sister are 2 other family members! The trainings started (kinda) and were up for the challange! We would appreciate any donation big or small this charity is close to alot of hearts i no so please dig deep and Donate.

wish us luck
