I am cycling 414km (250 miles) across Sri Lanka in February for a truly amazing charity. The Mines Action Group are a group of volunteers who go to recent war zones and remove land mines and ordinance. This allows people to leave refugee camps and return to their villages and to the farms.

They were co-laureates of the 1997 Nobel Peace prize along with Princess Diana's charity.

Please help these amazing people by sponsoring me- no amount is too small.
