My story
Hello my friends and family!
On April 22nd, I will be running the London Marathon for Global Action Nepal. This charity helps to improve education and living conditions in Nepal. You can find out more by clicking here:
GAN places a strong emphasis on helping Nepalese people to learn English, which as you know is what I do in my career. The company is run by a small team with very low overheads, so whatever money you contribure will go directly to the cause.
In the meantime, feel fee to command me to do challenging runs in London (I'll try running to most places, but maybe not Alexander Palace or something like that). Wherever you want me to go, you can follow my progress with the Nike GPS Facebook messages. Feel free to cheer me on or curse me for running too slow.

Global Action Nepal's chief focus is on educational and social improvement throughout Nepal. Its major project areas include teacher training, supporting the education of disadvantaged children, building adequate sanitation and water facilities and developing the skills of Nepalese youth.
