In just under 2 months a group of us from the Midlands will be covering 3 countries and 3 peaks in 24 hours, all in aid of charity. It will be fun for the first few hours and maybe the last; it's just how to keep going during a very long day. We will no doubt be battered by the British weather, eat way more than the recommended daily intake of food and then try not to get any blisters or injuries. 🚶‍♂️⛰️
