For the past six months I have been in training for the London marathon, I am sure that everyone has their own reasons for undertaking such an immense challenge but for me it was simply about helping out a charity very close to my heart, Norwood.

 

When I was younger Norwood helped me through a rough time in my life giving me guidance, support and counselling on a weekly basis and I know that without their help I simply would not be the person I am today. I owe them a great deal and I want to give back, but I need your help to do so. I can put in the hours and endure the physical trials but what I cannot do is provide them with the funds they need to continue their amazing work, so please dig deep and donate now.
