I appreciate that you will almost certainly have already been asked to sponsor somebody for something this year, but please take a moment to consider donating a small amount of money for a very good cause. I'm not asking to be sponsored for something I like doing or that I'd like to do (like cake eating, drinking beer or watching the telly), rather a bike ride that will almost certainly take hours or even days off my life!

On September 21st 2013 I intend to ride the London to Brighton Off Road Bike Ride with some friends (The Lycra Lads) to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. This is a really good cause and apart from anything else I'm bound to need to call them out on route!
