Thankyou for taking the time to visit.

I will be starting 10, grueling, weeks of boxing training tomorrow.

The end goal is a three round fight at the end, to raise money for Men's Mental health.

I've had my own trouble, especially in the last 2 years or so. Without the support of my wife and family, how would I have coped...... I'm really not sure?

Unfortunately, not everyone has a network of people that they can rely on when they really need it, and charities like CALM are there to provide that help wherever they can.

So please, however much you think you  might be able to spare, will be appreciated more than you can imagine.
