My story

I decided to run the Glasgow Womens’ 10k to raise funds for a charity that supports people with mental health problems. So many people experience times in their life when they feel mentally unwell or unable to cope and for most of us these feelings pass. But for others it can be hard to cope and get their lives back on track.  But with help, understanding and support it’s possible to be mentally unwell and live a rewarding and fulfilling life. I’m helping Support in Mind Scotland, a charity that encourages people to do just that. Please help me to help them by donating to my page and sponsoring my run. Thanks, Daniella.
