Story
If I told you that I used to take a spin class 6 times a week, would you be surprised? Probably not as surprised as I was when hearing myself agree to cycle not 100, but 145 km across the beautiful English scenic routes of Burnham Market to Southwold.
My stretch will be just a dip in the route of The Countrywide Great Tour, which aims to cover 6,800 km of coastline across 64 continuous days to raise money for its Charity Partners, one of which is the MacMillan Cancer Support, a cause that matters a lot to me personally.

I would really appreciate any small donation that you can offer from the comforts of your seats. I will be cycling for approximately 7.5 hours on the 5th August 2015, and I assure you that I will not be walking the following day as my glutes are likely to freeze up.
