This year I will be walking 20 miles to help raise money for The Lord's Taverners who are the UK's leading youth cricket and disability sports charity dedicated to giving disadvantaged and disabled young people a sporting chance! 

Working at Success Recruit and having the opportunity to sponsor Essex Cricket has given me the chance to see the hard work and dedication all of the team at The Lord's Taverners put in to raising money for the charity each year. 

Last year my director Vicki participated in this event and loved the challenge so this year I wanted to give back and help such a worthy cause! This will be a BIG challenge for me for anyone that knows me! Knowing that I am going to be helping the charity make a difference will be getting me through to the end!!

I really would appreciate any donations that can help towards my goal and also to the overall event which is being held on Saturday 27th July!  

Donations will go towards funds for sports wheelchairs, adapted mini buses and activities plus much much more! 

Last year was a scorcher and I have no doubt this year will be another special day!!
