For those that do not know our story, here is a little bit about us and my reasons for wanting to do this.

In May 2022, we were excited (and very surprised!) to find out we were going to have another baby to join our little boy William. 

Our first 18 weeks were perfect, scans were exactly how they needed to be, baby was growing how it should and we were making plans for are soon to be family of 4.

At a private scan at 21 weeks, they discovered that our
little one had no heartbeat and was no longer with us. 2 days later, we had to go into hospital to deliver our baby at 5 months, it was a little girl, who we named Charlotte, she was born 24th August at 20:42.

Our world absolutely fell apart, we went from planning holidays and bedrooms for a family of 4, to planning a funeral for our tiny baby.

The hospital were great with everything, but I was really struggling and needed support.

Love, Jasmine were recommended by the hospital and I contacted them to book me in. I am now several weeks into my counselling and
although I am still completely heartbroken, the weekly support I get from my counsellor at Love, Jasmine is helping me not only grieve but also understand how I am feeling, and that its ok to feel the way I do. Without them, I genuinely do not know where I would be.

So, that being said, I want to give a little back as these guys run solely on donations and fundraising and they are so important to bereaved mums like myself, you never know how important someone like Love,
Jasmine is until you find yourself in a situation where you need them.

As everyone knows, I love a wine…or a gin…or a vodka…or a
beer and will have a cheeky drink whenever offered, so, I am going to do dry January, which will be SO hard haha, but so so worth it if I can raise some money in doing so.
