Tenovus Cancer Care is a fantastic charity that is based in the heart of Wales. They provide treatment, emotional support and practical advice when it matters most. 

I have decided to take part in the Cardiff 10k run on the 6th September to help raise money for such an amazing cause. Your donations here today will help fund vital research and provide ongoing services to families or loved ones affected by cancer.
