I have volunteered to cycle in a charity ride my company VoucherCodes.co.uk has organised for Independent Age. I want to make it clear that I am not a sporty person, I haven't cycled since I was about 10 years old and that wasn't even that much! Despite this I will be cycling 220 miles in 3 days from London to Paris this September, so this is going to be a big challenge for me!

An estimated 5.3 million 65+ year olds in the UK have never been online and 3.8 million live alone. As an internet company, we want to make a difference to the lives of people in this part of the community by supporting the charity, buying their members iPads and using our knowledge to train their members on using the internet and staying connected in an increasingly digital age.
