<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Amelia’s Saunder’s is a wonderful little three year old. In February she was diagnosed with an brain tumour and the family were informed that she could not be treated in the UK and that her life would be short. However, there is a pioneering treatment by the Burzynski Clinic in Huston Texas that has provided hope Amelia. The family are trying to raise £200,000 for the course treatment. At this time Amelia will be able to start her treatment.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Amelia used to go to the same nursery as my daughter. She would come over and see me when I picked Thea up and Tracey also got to know her family during the morning drop off. She’s an extremely sweet little three year old girl. The thought of her suffering like this is unbearable to me.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Later this year I shall complete the Basingstoke half marathon in an effort to help raise more funds for Amelia. I’ve never attempted this distance before and would not be fit enough to attempt it at the moment. Unfortunately, Amelia may not live long enough for me to attempt this run if the treatment is not provided. Therefore, I’ll also commit to some additional runs, including the Shinfield 10K in May and the Tadley 10K in July. This will help me prepare for the longer distance, show my intent, and hopefully encourage earlier donations. I’d be very grateful if donations were made in advance of the half marathon.</span></span></p>
