Futures for Kids raises funds on behalf of the futures and options industry for charities which work to provide better lives and futures for children internationally.

Story

London’s futures and options industry joins forces with the FX community to slog 35 miles plus on 4 routes to the City on May 18 for 4 children’s charities

Demelza has children’s hospices based in the south-east of England and its Community team provides a hospice at home service for children in East Sussex and parts of South West Kent.http://www.demelza.org.uk/

EveryChild is an international development charity working to stop children growing up vulnerable and alone. http://www.everychild.org.uk/

HOPEHIV supports children and young people in sub-Saharan Africa affected by HIV/AIDS.  They believe they have the potential to make Africa’s future one of hope, rather than despair. http://www.hopehiv.org/

For 60 years the Variety – the Children’s Charityhas been helping sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people by providing Sunshine Coaches, electric wheelchairs, outings to exciting places, equipping children's hospitals and helping in many other ways. http://www.varietyclub.org.uk/

Following the success of the inaugural 2011 event which saw c.25 walkers raise £48k from just one route, FFK, formed by London-based participants in the exchange-traded derivatives industry in 2008, is organising 4 routes to the City - from Tunbrodge Wells, Guildford, Tring & Billericay.
