As you know Im scared of heights but when has that stopped me doing stuff I shouldnt.

This time Im Zip-Lining down the Grand Canyon!!! The reason.... Haven House Childrens Hospice.

Haven House is an absolutely brilliant charity which gives children, young people and their families a happy “home from home” environment so that they can live life to the full.   The Hospice is a much loved part of the local community and I am privileged to be able to help by doing this event and other fundraising activities in 2010.

Haven House Children’s Hospice

 

Haven House Children’s Hospice is dedicated to providing support for children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families.  As well as providing day and longer term care for children and young people, and support and respite care for their parents and carers, Haven House also offers a range of support for families, including the Buddies groups for siblings, family events, counselling support and coffee mornings.
