Myself and a few friends are running the Southwold 10K on Sunday 22nd November. One of my fellow runners is very active within Lepra and so I thought I would help by raising funds to help with the fantastic work Lepra does globally, fighting preventable disease.

 

Can I just say that Lee Haigerty has a nasty sense of humour and I am afraid 40mins is probably beyond my limited abilities! For the record I am aiming for a time of 43mins 30seconds, which whilst challenging is perhaps possible.

 

Well, I completed the course in a respectable 43min 37sec. Just outside my target however I am very pleased considering the wind we had to contend with.
