  Year after year good-hearted people put themselves through rigorous and life changing events to help benefit others.

Enabling The Emily Ash Trust to raise the funds to help make a difference to those suffering in silence.

 

This is why I’ve taken on one of the hardest and most challenging events I could put myself through physically and mentally.

 

We will be trekking through five different eco-systems of Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. High above the clouds of the African plains, standing at 5895m,.

Temperatures as low as -25ºC.

Our fearless team will face 8 days of gruelling 8/12 hour relentless climbs, day and night.

Blisters, are for certain and the unlucky few will suffer altitude sickness.

I will never have experienced 8 days as tough as this in my life.
